With a vision that was ahead of its time, agarwal Packers soon expanded its service to Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata. There was a time when the companies had a very narrow view in context to the growth and expansion process. They had a specific head-branch and and all the activities took place from the head quater itself. It was the decision making centre and other branches had to depend on the head-branch for evrey small decision. The "Delegation of Authority" was never accepted as that would give all the other branches a right to decide for their own.

But slowly the companies realized how important it is to delegate authority. Without delegation the work process used to get very slow. The branches had to wait for the decision of the head qarter and that hampered the business process as a whole.
